What's covered?

This advanced apprenticeship is aimed at engineering craft and technicians and provides the skills, knowledge and experience needed to perform successfully as an electrical engineering technician, electrical design engineer, test technician, electronics technician or electronics manufacture technician.

What do you need?

GCSE grade C and above in Mathematics, English, or a BTEC level 2 Diploma in Engineering with a Merit profile.

How you are assessed

Apprentices need to produce a portfolio of evidence which is assessed by a qualified assessor

24 months

Achievement of this Apprenticeship could lead to a progression onto an Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 4 Apprenticeship)
