What's covered?

This is a level 3 diploma consisting of 18 units that will give you the skills and knowledge to progress on to University or to become involved in the fashion/retail industry. From fashion visualisation, garment production through pattern cutting, and fashion promotion, styling. You will have a broad portfolio of work to take the next step in your career.

What do you need?

A level 2 diploma in art & design, or 4 GCSE's at grade C, a portfolio of artwork that demonstrates your interest and commitment to this subject - this to be shown at interview.

How you are assessed

Your work will be assessed at regular points throughout the course and graded at Pass, Merit or Distinction. After 2 years you will receive a diploma that will have a profile of one of these grades.

2 years.

What course next?

An HND in Fashion design, or a B.A. Hons in fashion, or seeking employment within the retail/fashion or fashion promotion industry.

What could this lead to?

Becoming a freelance fashion designer, a stylist, a fashion media worker, working for another established company within the fashion industry.
