What's covered?

You will be able to gain the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to prepare for employment. The qualification also provides career development opportunities for those already in work. This qualification is supported by the Council for Administration, the Sector Skills Council (SSC) for business and administration and covers: Right and responsibilities at work Managing your health at work Working in business and administration Professional behaviour in an office environment Using a computer and office equipment in Business Administration Communicating electronically Recording business transactions Supporting business meetings

No prior knowledge, understanding, skills or qualifications are required before learners can register for this qualification.

How you are assessed

Centre-devised assessment (internal assessment)

How Long?

The course runs part time 6 hours a week for 35 weeks, so effectively January to January.
