What's covered?

The AS level in Business Studies is taken over 1 year full-time and followed by a further year if students wish to complete the full A level.

What do you need?

You will need a minimum of five GCSE passes at grade C and above including Maths and English Language

How you are assessed

A wide range of teaching materials and strategies are used to stimulate students and allow them to learn at their own pace. The two units that make up this course are assessed by external examination.

How Long?

AS one year/A2 a further year

Business studies offers an excellent basis for taking university courses such as business, accountancy, finance and management or direct entry into the employment market.
