Please could you bring your passport and / or Home Office paperwork to your enrolment as we will need to check your funding status.

Overseas students will have different fees from home students.

Fee remission is available on most courses for those currently in receipt of an income based benefit or an unwaged dependent of a family in receipt of an income based benefit as follows:

Job Seeker's Allowance
Income Support
Housing Benefit
Council Tax Benefit
Disabled Person's Tax Credit
Working Tax Credit
Pension Credit (Guarentee)
Asylum Seeker Receiving Allowance

If you are applying for a fee remission you need to enrol on your course in person.

Please download and complete an enrolment form and bring in all relevant documentation to the Information Centres at Langley and Windsor campuses.

Please note an ES40/JCP40 are not acceptable.

Benefit Book
Giro Cheque
Bank Statement
Letter from Social Services
Award Notice
Letter from JobCentre Plus

If your employer is paying your fees you will need to apply in person at our Information Centres with a letter of confirmation from your employer.

Finding the Course Code Online
The simplest way to populate the course code field is to use the Course Finder to find the course you are interested in and then click on the “Apply Online” link on the Course Detail page (see Fig 1).

Finding the Course Code in the Prospectus
The course code can be found next to the title of your preferred course in the prospectus (see Fig 2). In the example below the course code for the Art & Design - Foundation, Adult Access course is F7250.

Once you have found your code simply type it into the course code text field. A list of matching courses will be displayed from which you can select one and click the “Apply Online” link on the Course Detail page.
