enrolment page 2017

You can drop into our colleges from Monday to Friday throughout the year to speak to an adviser. Alternatively, to make it easy for you to enrol, we hold the following open enrolment sessions every week in term time:

  • Langley College - Every Monday, 3.30pm-5pm
  • Windsor College - Every Wednesday, 3.30pm-5pm

We have an expert team of advisers at each session, so if you didn’t get the grades you were expecting, or aren’t sure which course is best for you, we can help. You can also get advice on the financial support available to you.

These sessions give you the chance to discuss your options with staff from our curriculum areas, check out our facilities and have an interview (if your course requires an interview). To search our range of courses click here.

We also hold a series of additional enrolment sessions in January and throughout the summer.

What you will need to bring with you:

  1. Your results slips and any certificates which demonstrate exams you have passed and qualifications you have gained previously.
  2. Recent evidence of any benefits you receive. For example, a bank statement or Job Centre Plus letter (this applies only to applicants aged 19-23, or those aged 24 or over and studying at level 2 or below and may entitle you to a discount on your course fees).
  3. Your passport or UK Borders Agency paperwork (if you have arrived in the UK within the last three years)
  4. A letter from your employer (if your fees are being covered by your employer). The letter should be on headed paper and should state the amount that will be covered.
  5. Payment, which can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or cash. Please note: There are no tuition or exam fees for applicants aged 16–18, but a fee for personal course materials may be charged.

We anticipate the enrolment process will take approximately one hour on the day, but please bear with us during busy times.
